Lots of elements to this card.  I used Print Poetry Designer Series Paper Stack papers 129312, the Sale-a-bration Vine Street folder brayered with Calypso Coral,  Fun Flowers Bigz L die, Ticket Duo Builder, Calypso Coral, Raspberry Ripple and Crumb Cake ink pads a little dazzling details and crystals.

 I think I will send this one to my sister Mary who has been a big support to me this past week.

The colors for this challenge are Primrose Petals, Pool Party and Real Red,

I used the Artisan Embellishments Kit 129328; Pool Party Core'dinations Card Stock 129321; Primrose Petals Core'dinations 129322; Real Red Core'dinations 129320; 5/8" Flower Trim 126869; Shimmery White Card Stock 101910; 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon Real Red 119251; Basic Rhinestones 119246; Sellabration folder Vine Street 130492 - paper run through the Big Shot two times in opposite directions and the Fancy Fan folder127751.  I hope you enjoy by Bee my Valentine.

I've used Postage Due 126397 and Artistic Etchings 120573 along with Fan Fair DSP 126916.
colors are Marina Mist ink, Cajun Craze ink, and some fussy cutting with tiny pearls.

Thought I would post a couple of challenge cards before the year ends.  I really didn't case Shana's card! She just had the same wonderful idea! I just did the card a little different. Shimmery White paper, Textured folder, Sparkle paper with Snow flake Big Shot die, silver pen around the blue papers and a little jewelery tags with the word "believe".  Thanks for looking. First Congregational Church of Milford, Saturday March 24, 2012

WOW! What a great time we all had at the Card Workshop to benefit the First Congregational Church of Milford on Saturday March 24, 2012.  If you couldn't make it - you missed out on a really fun time with a group of very talented and creative women.

The workshop was $17.00 - 5 cards with envelopes. Free Sale-A-Bration products were available for every $50 spent on products from the catalogs.  15% of sales went to the Church. 

And I get to congratulate Stephanie Freehan for joining the Stampin' Up! family as a NEW Demonstrator.

Just Paper and Texture: Petals-a-Plenty Impressions Embossing Folder, Cherry Cobbler, Wild Wasabi and Garden Green paper, with a little dazzling details, gold glitter and ribbon. (The actual card is much prettier than the picture)

STEP ONE - Rescue Book Journals with Diana Trout

I am participating in another online class given by Mixed Media Artist Diana Trout.  I am pretty excited to be a part of the class.  I took some pics of my book inside and outside - but forgot to take one of the before.  I had a little problem when I took out the block and sliced the spine so I had to repair the outside.  I used some textured wall paper and colored it with Viva Decor Inka-Gold.  I got some really good pva glue on line at John Neal Bookseller - it works great.

Inside - Spine is old Stampin Up! velvet paper in

 Night of Navy.  End pages are from Stampin Up! Designer Series Paper "Paisley Petals".  The blues all work together.

PPA118-Celebrity Color Challenge



I adore this birdy! Young Vermillion (124092).  The colors, Early Espresso, Soft Suede, and River Rock lead into a cozy fall expression.  Autumn Splendor (116503) expresses this season of nature and its wonders.

We recently took a bicycling tour with Classic Adventures to the island of Crete.  We had a wonderful time.  While on a hike one day we were finding little treasures on the beach.  So, I made this pair of earrings for Sarah Hart, one of the tour guides.  I think the earrings turned out as beautiful as she is.
