PPA60 - Halloween Inspiration Challenge

I decided to have a Wicked good time with Pals Paper Arts today creating a wicked fun Halloween card.!  Being in the New England area everything is "wicked" - I love the card and love playing the the PPA group!

Notice the little "Bling" on the froggy's hat! I used the smallest of the Basic Rhinestones (pg 188)
